Why We created Meal1
In 2015, while immersed in a demanding role that required extensive travel and often skipped meals, our founder embarked on a mission to transform the breakfast experience. Dissatisfied with high-sugar instant oatmeal that resulted in energy spikes and late morning crashes, a journey began to create a nourishing alternative. One that would sustain the most demanding, calorie-burning professional. Meal1 emerged as the perfect outcome.

More than just oatmeal; it's a high-calorie, high-protein, and nutrient-dense cinnamon coconut oatmeal, carefully crafted to be 100% low glycemic to sustain energy levels for hours. Our breakfast solution is conveniently packaged, resembling an MRE (Meal, Ready-to-Eat), and is designed to sustain individuals well into the afternoon.
